വിവാഹ പ്രായം പുരുഷന്മാർക്ക് 21 സ്ത്രീകൾക്ക് 18 വയസും ആയിരിക്കെ വിവാഹത്തിന് സ്ത്രീകളുടെ കുറഞ്ഞ പ്രായപരിധി 18 വയസ്സിൽ നിന്ന് 21 വയസ്സ് ആക്കാൻ കേന്ദ്ര മന്ത്രിസഭ തീരുമാനിച്ചു. ജനസംഖ്യ നിയന്ത്രണം സ്ത്രീപുരുഷസമത്വം കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങളുടെയും സ്ത്രീകളുടെയും ആരോഗ്യം തുടങ്ങിയ ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചാണ് ഈ തീരുമാനത്തിലെത്തിയത്. ഈ വരുന്ന 23 വരെയുള്ള പാർലമെൻറ് നടപ്പ് സമ്മേളനത്തിൽ ഈ നിയമഭേദഗതി അവതരിപ്പിക്കാനാണ് ശ്രമമെന്ന് സർക്കാർ വൃത്തങ്ങൾ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.വിവാഹ പ്രായം മാറ്റം വന്നത് അറിഞ്ഞോ.? കൂടുതൽ അറിയാൻ തുടർന്ന് വായിക്കുക.

 

14 ൽ നിന്ന് 21 ലേയ്ക്ക്

 

1929 സെപ്റ്റംബർ 28 ന് ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് ഭരണകാലത്ത് പാസാക്കിയ ബാല വിവാഹ നിയന്ത്രണ നിയമപ്രകാരം പെണ് കുട്ടികൾക്ക് 14 വയസും ആൺ കുട്ടികൾക്ക് 18 എന്നിങ്ങനെയായിരുന്നു വിവാഹ പ്രായം. 1978 ഇല് ശാരദ നിയമം ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്തു പുരുഷന്മാർക്ക് 21, സ്ത്രീകൾക്ക് 18 എന്നിങ്ങനെ ആക്കി. സെൻട്രൽ ലെജിസ്ലേറ്റീവ് അസേംബ്ലിയിൽ ഇതിന് ബിൽ അവതരിപ്പിച്ച മുൻ ജഡ്ജി ഹർബിലാസ് ശാരദയുടെ പേരിലാണ് ഈ നിയമം അറിയപ്പെട്ടത്. ഇതിന് പകരമായി 2006 ഇൽ ബാല നിരോധന നിയമം കൊണ്ടുവന്നെങ്കിലും പ്രായപരിധി മാറ്റിയിട്ടില്ല.

AC റോഡിൽ സ്ഥിരമായി വെള്ളകെട്ട്  ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന ഭാഗത്ത് തടയണകളും, പാലങ്ങളും  നിർമിക്കുന്ന ജോലികൾ ഒന്നംകര പാലം മുതൽ പള്ളുരുത്തി വരെ നടന്നുകൊണ്ട് ഇരിക്കുന്നു. എന്നിരുന്നാലും വെള്ളകെട്ട് മൂലമുണ്ടാകുന്ന ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുകൾ ഇപ്പൊൾ AC റോഡിൽ ഒരു ഭാഗത്തും ഇല്ല.

The government has announced steps for deepening and extending the canal in two phases — from Onnamkara to Nedumudi and from Nedumudi to Pallathuruthy. It will be the solution for AC Canal Flood. Now there is no block regarding Flood In AC Canal.

    1929 സെപ്റ്റംബർ 28 ന് ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് ഭരണകാലത്ത് പാസാക്കിയ ബാല വിവാഹ നിയന്ത്രണ നിയമപ്രകാരം പെണ് കുട്ടികൾക്ക് 14 വയസും ആൺ കുട്ടികൾക്ക് 18 എന്നിങ്ങനെയായിരുന്നു വിവാഹ പ്രായം. 1978 ഇല് ശാരദ നിയമം ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്തു പുരുഷന്മാർക്ക് 21, സ്ത്രീകൾക്ക് 18 എന്നിങ്ങനെ ആക്കി. സെൻട്രൽ ലെജിസ്ലേറ്റീവ് അസേംബ്ലിയിൽ ഇതിന് ബിൽ അവതരിപ്പിച്ച മുൻ ജഡ്ജി ഹർബിലാസ് ശാരദയുടെ പേരിലാണ് ഈ നിയമം അറിയപ്പെട്ടത്. ഇതിന് പകരമായി 2006 ഇൽ ബാല നിരോധന നിയമം കൊണ്ടുവന്നെങ്കിലും പ്രായപരിധി മാറ്റിയിട്ടില്ല.
